To enter Scotland In Focus and get the chance to recieve a grant to regenerate a local area, all you have to do is come up with a great idea for a local project. You could come up with this project by yourself or you could do it as part of a group or team.
Then you can register here on the site by clicking the "Enter Now" button.
You will have to add details about yourself/your group and also some information about your project. However, don't worry, you can register just now and then come back later to tell us your idea and upload your photos.
You will have to tell us why the place you have chosen is important to you and what you would want to do to it to improve the area.
You will also have to tell us how much money you will need for your project. You may want to talk to a parent/carer, teacher or group leader for advice on this. You could also ask them to be your referee as you will need someone to support you in the project.
Next, take some pictures of the area that you want to "makeover". You could take pictures using your camera or your mobile phone. You can then log back into the site and upload your pictures. You can upload a maximum of 4 pictures.
Once you are happy with your entry, and you feel that you have added all the information required, then you can submit your entry. This will put your project live on the Scotland In Focus website for people to view, read and rate
You can email your entry page to your friends to get them to vote for you as the ratings will be taken into consideration by the judging panel.
Remember that you do not need to do this all at once. You can do a bit and save it, then log back in later when you have all the information that you need.
